Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@smcms.ca within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue quickly.

If unsure, contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, return the original within 3 days. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@smcms.ca.
